In the second Mayoral interview of the week, we catch up with the Conservative nominee for the Greater Manchester Mayoral elections.
The Conservative leader of the Trafford Council discussed how he planned on winning over the student vote, and how he hopes to win over those people who feel disenfranchised from politics.
The Conservative candidate faces stiff competition from Labour's candidate Andy Burnham, given the historic allegiance the area has with the Labour Party.
Sean, however, told us that he would not be standing if he did not think he could win.
Focusing on the Northern Powerhouse, the Conservative councillor told us that he hopes that the devolution of power from Westminister to Greater Manchester will help the region improve its infrastructures, including schools, transport and businesses, and retain its top talent.
