She said: “We’re delighted to announce a wonderful series of events as part of our spring season. Our events and collaborations are more imaginative, caring and inclusive than ever before.
“The museum is full of incredible stories and free activities made for families, young people, students, and adults will help you make the most out of the museum and take a deep dive into some of the most fascinating objects on display.
“2023 is set to be the most exciting year in the museum’s long history and we hope as many people as possible will join the celebrations – there really is something for everyone.”
The new developments include the highly anticipated landmark exhibition- The Golden Mummies of Egypt. They have also implemented improvements to their cafe, an extension and new content committed to understanding other cultures and inclusivity.
