The first-ever urban gardening show is coming to the centre of Manchester this Thursday. The show, which will be hosted inside the old railway at Depot Mayfield, is a celebration of urban and indoor gardening focusing on the growth in horticulture, wellbeing and sustainable living.

Low Four Soundcheck 2024, 18-20 April
Low Four Studio in Deansgate will be hosting a panel on recording and live economies in partnership with the University of Salford, speaking on the issues faced by Manchester’s music scene today. The event will end with live showcase, networking event and live-streamed performances. The show is open for both online and in-person viewers.

20 Year Party People Exhibition Launch, 18 April – 25 May
Mancunian photographers Richard Kelly and Jonny Black have collaborated to showcase their collection of personal film photography, documenting the Manchester party scene spanning spanning 20 years. Richard Kelly, senior lecturer at MMU will be presenting his personal work all shot on 35mm film. The event will be taking place at Station South in Levenshulme with a launch party this Thursday.

Immersive exhibition from AR artist Doddz ‘A Different Perspective’, 18 April
A one-night interactive event is coming to Manchester this Thursday to showcase an augmented reality exhibit. Doddz is a world-renowned pioneer in AR art who merges both digital and physical art together in his work. The themes for this exhibition will consist of positivity, community, sustainability, music and love.
