Mark’s Law: petition for compulsory safety equipment around UK inland waters passes 100,000 signatures

Acting student Mark Allen tragically drowned in 2018. His family believe he could have been saved if safety equipment was present. Mark's mother Leeanne Bartley has called for the passing of 'Mark Allen's Law' - the legal placing of water rescue equipment around bodied water in the UK. Now, the petition has surpassed 100,000 signatures and will be considered for debate in Parliament.
