A recent study has revealed that more than160,000 stressed-out nurses have left their profession over a five-year period due to long hours and poor pay.

There is no surprise that the NHS nurse shortage is at an all-time high, as data released by the government shows that 33,530 hd quit in the year (up until September 2017.)
