The Argentinian winger was subbed off at half time in a game where Manchester United drew 2-2, which caused controversy among United fans.
The two tweets Garnacho liked were posted by popular football Youtuber Mark Goldbridge with one reading: “Ten Hag subtly blaming Garnacho in the post match press conference… not a good look throwing a 19 year old under the bus who has actually delivered for you this season. But then again he’s clearly scared of upsetting the bigger earners.”
A Manchester United source told PA Media the matter was dealt with internally.
