Featuring profiles on charities and individuals, who suffer from a variety of mental disorders; from eating disorders to depression and anxiety.
#Mindful offers advice on how to seek help for students, and gives an insight into Ashworth High Security Hospital, where many of the patients suffer from significant mental illnesses.
Anyone suffering from a mental illness knows how hard it is to speak out about it, this campaign aims to send people in the right direction for help and support.
